Hours and Important Information

Please be advised that I am a mobile massage therapist. I travel to my client's homes for selected services. Please see the schedule below for availability. I currently service the areas of Collin County, Rockwall County, eastern Denton and northern Dallas County. My home base is located in Allen, TX. PLEASE NOTE*** Any services requested outside of this specified area requires a $30 travel fee and is contingent upon distance. Please contact me directly if you are outside of the specified area. 

Please be mindful of the space in which you invite me to be a part of. I do not work in bedrooms. An open space such as a living room, family room, etc will work. Please choose an area that will allow me to move freely and comfortably around my massage table. I am unable to work in tight spaces. This is for my benefit as well as your overall experience. Please be sure that the room is neat and free of clutter. Cluttered spaces affect the energy. Please keep this in mind for any space that you choose. I understand that some people are smokers. While I cannot dictate what you do in your home, I will ask that you be mindful of the fact that I am not a smoker. Smoke severely irritates my allergies, and don’t want to work around it and/or leave your home  with my equipment and myself smelling like any substances that you may indulge in. No judgment, but I’ve had to stop working with clients because of this. 

I love fur babies and will probably want to play with them, but in the event that they interfere with the massage, I will ask that you please secure them during your session. 

Payment/Refund/Cancellation Policy 

 I do not issue refunds for completed services. In the event that you need to cancel a session, you will have the opportunity to reschedule the appointment without any additional fees as long and you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 50% of the payment is required for anything less and 24 hours, or in the event that you are not home upon my arrival at you home unless otherwise discussed. 

Other Important Information

All sessions are expected to begin at the scheduled time. I will arrive approximately 15 - 20 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up, allow for proper intake, and allow time for you to get comfortable on the table. In the event that I am running late, I will communicate as soon as possible. In the event that you are not home at the time of your appointment, this will be considered a “No Show”. 

All new clients are required to prepay for their appointment online. This is not a requirement for existing clients.

Forms of payment accepted: Cash, credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo and Zelle. There is an additional $4.00 fee for payments made with a credit card. When booking online, you may be asked to secure a card on file for booking. Should you choose to pay with one of the other forms of payment, this is fine, as your card will not be charged at the time of the booking.
