Hours and Important Information

I am a mobile massage therapist. I travel to my client's homes for selected services. I currently service the areas of Collin County, Rockwall County, eastern Denton and northern Dallas County. My home base is located in Allen, TX. PLEASE NOTE*** Any services requested outside of this specified area requires a $30 travel fee and is contingent upon distance. Please contact me directly if you are outside of the specified area. 

If you are new to mobile massage, please know that I will treat you and your space with the utmost care and respect. Prior to my arrival, most clients are in loose fitting clothes or a robe to allow easy access on and off of the table. I will step away to allow you a moment of privacy when getting on and off of the table. Professional draping is used at all times, NO EXCEPTIONS, and you will never be exposed during your session. With this in mind, please see the following requests below. 

  • I do not prefer working in bedrooms. Open spaces such as living rooms, family rooms, or large office spaces work best. Choose a place in your home where the energy feels good to you.  
  • Please book a time when you will be free of distractions and/or interruptions during your massage.
  • Please choose an area that will allow me to move comfortably around my massage table. 
  • Please be sure that the space is neat and free of clutter. 
  • If you are a smoker, I will ask that you do not smoke in the space that we will be working in prior to my arrival. 
  • I love fur babies and don’t mind them in the space at all, however, if they are a constant distraction (i.e jumping on me or the table during the massage) I will ask that you please secure them. 

Payment/Refund/Cancellation Policy 

 I do not issue refunds for completed services. In the event that you need to cancel a session, you will have the opportunity to reschedule the appointment without any additional fees as long and you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 50% of the payment is required for anything less and 24 hours, or in the event that you are not home upon my arrival at you home unless otherwise discussed. 

Other Important Information

All sessions are expected to begin at the scheduled time. I will arrive approximately 15 - 20 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up, allow for proper intake, and allow time for you to get comfortable on the table. In the event that I am running late, I will communicate as soon as possible. In the event that you are not home at the time of your appointment, this will be considered a “No Show”. 

All new clients are required to prepay for their appointment online. This is not a requirement for existing clients. *Gratuity is not included in the price of the massage. 

Forms of payment accepted: Cash, credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo and Zelle. There is an additional $4.00 fee for payments made with a credit card. When booking online, you may be asked to secure a card on file for booking. Should you choose to pay with one of the other forms of payment, this is fine, as your card will not be charged at the time of the booking.
